The IFLMS the International Federation of Londrina Medical Students (IFLMS) was established in 1991 in the city of Londrina - PR (from there it comes its name). A non-political institution and without lucrative ends that since then begin at the International Federation of Medical Students ' Association (IFMSA), being at that moment the only on American Latin federacy to the world-wide federacy. The IFLMS is formed by the Formers and Local Coordinators. The Direction is the administrative agency of the federacy and is composed, currently, for seven members:

• - National Exchange Officer - NEO (this position is subdivided in NEO Incoming and NEO Outgoing, responsible for that it will be pertinent to the foreign students who will be come to Brazil and to the Brazilian students whom they will be going for exchange, respectively. They are the representatives of the SCOPE.);

• - National Officer on Research Exchange - NORE (Representative of the SCORE, it is the responsible one in such a way for the Brazilians how much for the foreigners that will be carrying through a period of training of research through the IFLMS);

• - National Officer on Reproductive Health & AIDS - DAUGHTER-IN-LAW (Representative of the SCORA, it is responsible for the elaboration, the coordination and supervision of projects related to the Reproductive Health including AIDS);

• - National Public Health Officer - NPO (Representative of the SCOPH, it is responsible for the elaboration, the coordination and supervision of projects related to the Public Health).

• The Local Coordinators are the representatives of each college (Local Committee) in which the IFLMS are tied. They are responsible for ahead representing its respective Local Committees of the IFLMS, for divulging and inside co-ordinating the activities of the IFLMS of its facultieses. All the work of the IFLMS voluntary and is carried through by medicine students (being that in the projects of the SCOPH and the SCORA it has participation of students and professionals of other areas). The IFLMS possesss, then, all this structure to reach you, and each time more people so that let us can, together, to reach the biggest goal of the IFLMS: "To awake the spirit of scientific perfectioning in its students, but also the innovative spirit of who not only knows a reality different of that one where we live and that it can, therefore, to establish comparisons, to contest and to feel themselves responsible for changing the current situation".

Uma instituição apolítica e sem fins lucrativos que desde então se filiou à International Federation of Medical Students´ Association (IFMSA), sendo naquele momento a única federação latino americana ligada à federação mundial.

A IFLMS é formada pela Diretoria e por Coordenadores Locais. A Diretoria é o órgão administrativo da federação e é composta, atualmente, por sete membros:

Os Coordenadores Locais são os representantes de cada faculdade (Comitê Local) na qual a IFLMS está vinculada. São responsáveis por representar seus respectivos Comitês Locais diante da IFLMS, por divulgar e coordenar as atividades da IFLMS dentro de suas faculdades.

Todo o trabalho da IFLMS é voluntário e realizado por estudantes de medicina (sendo que nos projetos do SCOPH e do SCORA há participação de estudantes e profissionais de outras áreas).

A IFLMS possui, então, toda esta estrutura para atingir você, e cada vez mais pessoas para que possamos, juntos, alcançar a maior meta da IFLMS:
